The Staff made this trip extra special! All incredibly courteous and helpful! We would especially like to extend our thanks and praise to Florine on reception who went “ above and beyond” to help me retrieve my mobile phone which I left in a city taxi and Martin who ran the bar for his welcoming manner and informative suggestions about the local area! I don’t normally post reviews, however on this occasion l, I really hope the excellent service we experienced encourages others to stay & that the management of the hotel recognise these staff members and pass our thanks on! They are a credit to your hotel! 👏

We like Novotel hotels for their comfortable beds, good size rooms and fine restaurant. This one was no exception. It's in a quiet suburb within easy reach of the main road network. Easy on-site parking and a fine breakfast before our departure. We didn't have time to make use of the swimming pool, unfortunately. It looked very nice from our room window.

Reception staff are amazing so helpful at every level I wish please pass on my thanks. Housekeeping Manager & staff very friendly. The young lady who gave us a ride to the airport way very friendly. Breakfast staff where a little slow in topping the breakfast but it did not bother me. Over all a great stay and would like to return in the future.

The room was nice and clean. There was a swimming pool but the weather did not help. The location was very close to the airport so this was great for my trip.

Nice entrance with a nice bar area. Friendly staff. The room was fine. Generally hotels in France compared to Spain aren't great nor good value but this one was a great surprise. Near the airport but you don't hear any planes.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained and located very close to the airport. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, with complimentary beverages and an abundance of towels. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful, and always ready with a smile.

Breakfast was amazing, location was great and staff were so kind and helpful with any questions asked. The 24hr check in is a great service as my flight had been delayed 2hrs

lovely cotton sheets, comfy mattress and pillows, great bath/shower with good water pressure and lots of hot water. Even managed a great massage by Crystal in the spa! Generous size room with individual temperature control. generous parking on site. Great breakfast. Good service. Not near the centre and a car is necessary but we knew that when we booked. All in all, a great experience. Thank you all!

Dog friendly, easy access with a lot of parking. The staff go beyond their jobs to deliver anything you want. A great hotel that we return to as often as we travel.

Great stay - free airport shuttle, good breakfast, friendly staff, fast wifi & even a children’s play room off the restaurant. Everything was really clean. Can’t fault it.
